Polaris (restaurant)

Not everyone can experience what it is like to travel the world and look up at the unpolluted night sky, to feel the unexplainable ethereal childlike experience of seeing the dark sky full of stars. With Polaris, customers will be immersed in one of two rooms, a sand or a snow desert, to have the once-in-a-lifetime chance to discover the Milky Way and the Aurora Borealis in Rochester.
